FIDES WALLS-LT

Entry-level version of our tried-and-tested WALLS shoring programme

WALLS-LT is the smaller version of our proven WALLS shoring programme at an attractive price. Sufficient for the vast majority of all problems that arise when verifying shoring walls, the planner has an efficient and tried-and-tested, state-of-the-art excavation programme at his disposal. In WALLS-LT, various types of shoring can be verified as freely cantilevered or multiple back-anchored wall constructions. Thanks to the intuitive, graphical programme input and the clear, structured results output in our new results browser, WALLS-LT offers the planning engineer the best possible support and thus contributes significantly to efficient, time-saving processing. The programme supports calculation and verification in accordance with current European standards with NADs for Germany and other European countries. Special requirements from EAB and EAU are fully supported, older basic construction standards can still be selected, e.g. for recalculations.

  • Bending stiffness of the wall can be variably selected in any sections
  • Any number of horizontal layers, polygonal terrain courses, horizontal groundwater course
  • Earth pressure calculation classically according to Coulomb DIN4085 or directly implemented with Culmann method
  • Automation for quickly finding useful rearrangement figures
  • Access to the expandable layer database shared by all FIDES basic modules
  • Any load grouping; permanent, variable, limited and unlimited superimposed loads, wall loads and railway loads, various load figures per superimposed load
  • Any type of support: rigid or anchor, prestressed, elastic or rigid, determination of the anchor length with verification in the deep sliding joint
  • Verification for anchor walls
  • Anchors and stiffeners can be set active or inactive in any phase
  • Wall base, freely supported, clamped, or bedded, bedding module method according to EB102
  • Any number of excavation and dismantling phases
  • Further verifications with e.g. WALLS-FEM, FIDES-Gleitkreis or FIDES-GeoStability are easily possible thanks to the identical file format of the FIDES programmes
  • Potential flows with boundary element method
  • Proof of hydraulic ground failure, groundwater levels
  • WALLS dimensioning: individual dimensioning of all components such as walls, anchors, chords
